If you know me, you know I love a good antique hunt. I keep a running wish list. Sometimes it’s a quirky lamp, a piece of Depression glass, or that one vintage frame that makes me stop in my tracks. Half the fun is digging through booths and bins, not knowing if today’s the day I’ll strike gold.

Learning new skills feels the same way. I’ll set out searching for the “perfect find” … maybe it’s a fresh authoring tool, a content mapping technique, or a new way to weave scenarios to impact performance. Sometimes I stumble across it right away, other times it takes patience (and a lot of digging). Either way, every search sharpens my eye and adds a little more to my collection.
