    • Led cross-functional teams in the project management of National Geospatial-Intelligence College learning solutions, utilizing Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office to coordinate tasks, track milestones, manage documentation, and foster collaboration to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

    • Designed and developed an interactive, introductory eLearning course on the history and evolution of the dark web, converting instructor-led training to web-based training. Incorporated scenario-based learning, multimedia elements, and accessibility features to enhance engagement, support diverse learning styles, and ensure 508 compliance.

    • Designed, developed biological familiarization training; delivered foundational understanding of biological threat pathogens, mitigation strategies, and laboratory management. Translated complex scientific topics—such as select agents, outbreak response, and epidemiological reporting—into accessible, engaging learning experiences. Employed a blended learning approach, including classroom instruction, hands-on labs, web-based training, and non-immersive VR to enhance learner engagement and retention.
