From Thrift Finds to Training Designs

Apparently this is what happens when you mix instructional design, too many sticky notes, and a lifelong love of thrifting. 😄

This ChatGPT caricature made me laugh (in part because of the 3rd hand) because it’s pretty close to the real workflow. Build something useful. Repurpose what already works. Keep it human. And yes, there is almost always a dog nearby and a coffee within reach.

I spend my days turning messy problems into clear learning experiences and my off hours hunting for well-loved things with stories. Turns out both are about the same skill. Seeing potential where others see clutter.

Grateful for work that lets me do both.
